Techniques:
- Set goals.

- Make a plan of action.
- Make a time table or a schedule.
- Never deviate from the time table or the schedule.
- Always allocate sufficient leisure time to the schedule.
- Always allocate sufficient recuperation time such as time for resting and sleeping.
- Always allocate sufficient exercise time to the schedule. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind.
- Healthy diet and eating 3 meals a day increases energy levels and subsequently productivity.
- Delegate or ask for assistance when time does not allow for a task to be completed instead of forgetting about it all together.
